My work as a speaker and judge at professional conferences and championships began in 2016. Since then, public professional engagement has been an essential part of my career—not an addition, but a responsibility I take very seriously.

Judging is never a formality for me. Every score I assign is the result of thoughtful analysis, objective evaluation, and deep respect for the work of each participant. I approach judging with integrity, precision, and professional ethics, understanding that each decision carries weight.
Over the years, I have participated as both a speaker and a judge at numerous conferences and championships across Russia and Europe. After relocating to the United States—and following my championship wins—I began receiving invitations to participate as a speaker and judge at major professional events in the U.S.
In 2024, I was invited to speak in Miami, followed by Las Vegas, where I presented at one of the largest permanent makeup conferences in the industry. During these events, I demonstrated my signature hair stroke technique to professional audiences.
In 2025, I served as a judge for two qualifying permanent makeup championships—one in California and one in New York—and later joined the judging panel for the World Championship in the hair stroke category.
That same year, I was invited to speak on the main stage in California, where I addressed the most common and critical mistakes artists encounter when performing hair stroke techniques, explained how to avoid them, and presented a live demonstration on a model. An identical presentation and demonstration followed shortly after in New York.
